Every
year, in honor of the millions of men and women who have
served our Country, or who are currently serving...we at
Blondies host an annual event. This years event (Armed
Forces Day) took place on May 17th. We understand and
appreciate the many days, months and years you spent away
from your families during times of war, so that all of us
could be free. I'm sure for you, it felt like a
lifetime. You have sacrificed a lot and we know you
continue to sacrifice a lot not only for us, but for
yourselves, most importantly.
Again, we thank you!

We would like to send an extended "Thank you" to all those
who attended
and showed their appreciation to our Veterans.

Over
Memorial weekend, I took a trip to Washington DC with a
great group of people. They took me under their wing
and showed me just what honoring our Veterans is all about.
Below you will find photographs from that trip. It was
a very emotional time for me. I guess I wasn't fully
aware of everything our men and women endure in times of War
or when our Country is in disarray. It was truly
an honor to have joined my new found friends on their trip
to Washington DC for the "Run For The Wall" they put on
every year. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of
such a wonderful reunion. It is an experience I shall
never forget, and my life will always be touched because of
it.
I would highly recommend anyone who has never had the
opportunity to take this small trip, to do so. People
come from all over the world to honor all of those who have
served in one way or another. And it's an honor for
those who have served to see so many grateful and
appreciative people coming from miles around just to thank
them and honor them for all they have done for our Country.
